parami is a science-backed survey tool designed for assessing team members objectively using pairwise comparison methodology. The Service enables organizations to conduct team assessments, collect feedback, and generate insights about team dynamics and individual contributions.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Białystok, Poland.

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Polish consumer protection laws.
