A science-backed survey tool for assessing team members. Objectively .
Is Peter a good developer? A difficult question. Whose code is cleaner - Peter's or Anna's? Way easier to answer.
That's how parami works.
No one knows your team better than your team
Let them pairwise compare one another by any criteria you want
It's a simpler feedback
Instead of asking general questions, we ask specific ones in areas of your interest.
It's easier to assess teammates
Instead of forcing team members to create descriptive answers, we give them a simple choice between two people.
Results are actionable
Instead of blocks of text, we give you a report in which you have your team members mapped in each area.
You can trust it.
It's backed by math.
Pairwise comparison is a method for evaluating team members by comparing them in pairs based on specific criteria, like skills or performance, to identify who excels in each pairing.
Repeated across multiple pairs, this approach enables a fairer, more nuanced assessment of the team. It reduces bias, highlights strengths and weaknesses, and helps managers make decisions on promotions, feedback, and role assignments.

Finding out how people perceive teammates is easy with parami
01
Creating a feedback form
To create a survey you need to decide in which areas the team will be assessed. You can use the predefined questions or add your own.
03
Sending the survey
The system then lists all pair combinations for each area and sends it to teammates. For example if the team includes Emily, Martin, Anna and George, then for each question George has to answer: Emily or Martin, Emily or Anna, Martin or Anna.
02
Deciding who’s going to assess
In the next step, you add the email addresses and names of the team members. These are the people who will make the comparisons.
04
Calculating results
Once everyone has made their comparisons, the algorithm calculates the score. Each area is presented on a map. On top of this, an overall ranking is also generated that takes all areas into account. All is presented to you in a form of a clear report.
Make your life easier, Manager
Get rid of managerial bias
No one knows more about coworkers than coworkers. They cooperate, delegate tasks and see the quality of work in the front line.
Measure things that are not measurable
You can't measure trust. But you can ask questions that will reveal who is the most trusted person in the team, and who's the second most trusted, and the third...
